Formation:

Verb-casual + といっても, い-Adjective + といっても, な-Adjective + だといっても, Noun + だといっても

Examples:

彼は有名だといっても、みんなに知られているわけではありません。
Kare wa yuumei da to ittemo, minna ni shirarete iru wake de wa arimasen.
Even though he is famous, it does not mean that everyone knows him.
このスープは辛いといっても、私にはちょうどいいです。
Kono suupu wa karai to ittemo, watashi ni wa choudo ii desu.
Even though this soup is spicy, it is just right for me.
彼女は若いですが、経験があるといっても、まだ新人です。
Kanojo wa wakai desu ga, keiken ga aru to ittemo, mada shinjin desu.
Although she is young and has experience, she is still a newcomer.
このレストランは高いだといっても、美味しい料理が食べられるので価値があります。
Kono resutoran wa takai da to ittemo, oishii ryouri ga taberareru no de kachi ga arimasu.
Even though this restaurant is expensive, it's worth it because you can eat delicious food.
