Formation:

Verb-casual + としても, い-Adjective + としても, な-Adjective + だとしても, Noun + だとしても

Examples:

雨が降っても、レースは開催されます。
Ame ga futte mo, reesu wa kaisai saremasu.
Even if it rains, the race will be held.
このケーキが美味しくなくても、私は食べます。
Kono keeki ga oishikunakute mo, watashi wa tabemasu.
Even if this cake is not delicious, I will eat it.
彼女が遅れても、私たちは待ちます。
Kanojo ga okurete mo, watashitachi wa machimasu.
Even if she is late, we will wait.
忙しくても、友達との約束は守ります。
Isogashikute mo, tomodachi to no yakusoku wa mamorimasu.
Even if I'm busy, I will keep my appointment with my friend.

Long explanation:

The ~としても grammar point is used to express the idea of 'even if', 'despite', or 'although' in a sentence. Just like the ~としたら grammar, it is used with verbs, い-adjectives, な-adjectives, and nouns.
