Formation:

即使 + Condition/Situation + 也 + Result/Action

Examples:

即使下雨,我们也要去公园看花。
Jíshǐ xià yǔ, wǒmen yě yào qù gōngyuán kàn huā.
Even if it rains, we still want to go to the park to see flowers.
即使我很忙,我也会找时间帮助你完成作业。
Jíshǐ wǒ hěn máng, wǒ yě huì zhǎo shíjiān bāngzhù nǐ wánchéng zuòyè.
Even if I am very busy, I will still find time to help you complete the homework.
即使明天是个大风天,我也会按时到达那里。
Jíshǐ míngtiān shì gè dà fēng tiān, wǒ yě huì ànshí dàodá nàlǐ.
Even if there is a big wind tomorrow, I will still arrive there on time.
即使大家都不同意他的观点,他也坚持自己的看法。
Jíshǐ dàjiā dōu bùtóngyì tā de guāndiǎn, tā yě jiānchí zìjǐ de kànfǎ.

The Mandarin Chinese structure '即使... 也...' is similar to the English 'even if... still...' It is used to convey that irrespective of a certain condition or situation, the result remains the same. The situation or condition is put after '即使' and the result or action is placed after '也'.
