Wǒ xià gè yuè yào qù Zhōngguó lǚxíng, zhìyú wǒ de mèimei, tā yào qù Rìběn.
I am going to China for a trip next month, as for my sister, she is going to Japan.
至于晚餐,你想吃什么,就自己去做。
Zhìyú wǎncān, nǐ xiǎng chī shénme, jiù zìjǐ qù zuò.
As for dinner, whatever you feel like eating, go and make it yourself.
这个电影很好看,至于那个电影,我觉得很无聊。
Zhègè diànyǐng hěn hǎokàn, zhìyú nàgè diànyǐng, wǒ juédé hěn wúliáo.
This movie is very good to watch, as for that movie, I think it's very boring.
周末我打算去购物,至于我的朋友,他们要去公园玩。
Zhōumò wǒ dǎsuàn qù gòuwù, zhìyú wǒ de péngyǒu, tāmen yào qù gōngyuán wán.

'至于 (zhìyú)' is a conjunctive phrase in Mandarin Chinese used to switch the topic of discussion to another person or thing, or to make a contrast with a previous statement. It can be equivalent to terms such as 'as for', 'as to', or 'regarding' in English. This word is used when the speaker intends to talk about another subject or add some additional information to the conversation.
